A. Recruitment: We hire only the best candidate, taking into account the raw talent and attitude. Process includes detailed questionnaire and interview processes
B. Ramp-up and training: We provide structured training for all our new scholars. Our managers also conduct training via daily live-streaming on discord
C. Ecosystem experts: For every gaming ecosystem that we enter, we have the ecosystem expert to be on our team. This helps with our investment allocation and optimisation of earning.
D. Meritocratic: Top performing scholars are given the opportunity to either compete for the leaderboard (with upgraded team) or become a manager. Managers payout are directly tied to the earnings of their scholars, aligning the incentives across the organisation.
E. Database: We have established a scholar database that tracks the infrastructure availability and performance of all scholars and candidates. This includes nationality, language spoken, mobile devices, computer specifications, internet connections, MMR across different games and genres, attendance and willingness to teach / share among community members. This detailed profiling database of our scholars will prove useful, as it allows PathDAO to provide tailored player liquidity based on the game requirements.
