# Buyback with realised gain

Per [PIP-6B](https://gov.pathdao.io/t/pip-6b-improvement-to-a-more-sustainable-and-aligned-path), realised gain will be utilised for $PATH buyback and ethereum purchase.

* 20% of the proceeds will be sent back in USDC to the treasury
* 5% of the proceeds will be sent back in crypto assets (mostly ETH and WBTC) to the treasury
* 15% of the proceeds will be used to market buy back PATH
* 60% of the proceeds will be used to put a strong support on 10%-35% below the market value
